From the very first contact we had with Rachael and Liam, they were so professional, friendly and helpful. We hired the crisp and snacks walls for our wedding. Rachael and the team were fantastic, communication was great and everything was set up brilliantly. All our guests commented on how great the walls were and what a nice touch they added.

I had contacted Rachael last minute as my Decor team for my wedding have left out the aisle runner from the quote. Frustrated and stressed I got in touch with PartyFest who said they could provide me with a white aisle runner. I can't tell you how helpful she was in arranging the pick up and delivery. Everything was so professional, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Delivery & Collection

Most of our products are delivered and collected for FREE within 15 miles of Denton – M34. You will be charged a nominal fee for delivery outside of Manchester or over the 15 miles radius.

Most of our products are delivered and collected for FREE within 15 miles of Denton – M34. You will be charge a nominal fee for delivery outside of Manchester or over the 15 miles radius. All deliveries and collections will need to be pre agreed and 72 hours notice must be given for all deliveries. Special offers or promotions will incur a delivery and collection charge. Kindly note that, the option to collect and return can be arranged at no cost but the customer is responsible for loading, unloading and transporting the goods from premises to site. A security deposit may be required on some of our products to be refunded when item(s) are returned in condition(s) received and undamaged. Some of our products are collection ONLY but delivery can be arranged if item(s) is included to your personalised package. Please contact us for more details. Hire time on most of our products is between 8 – 24 hours. Extra time, other delivery or collection requirements can be discussed at the booking stage. All venue dressing and wedding package sallow room for upgrade and potential changes or specific services to suit your pricing and requirements. Please contact us for your venue dressing and wedding packages quote.

Our Packages include – Ceremony Only, Ceremony & Reception, Reception Only, Intimate Ceremonies and Props Hire.
Most of our products are available to DIY Hire (Hire to Dress It Yourself).
If you would like us to deliver and collect the items from your venue the minimum spend is £300(venue dressing). Free fitting, set up and take down is provided on hire booking over £600 and this is only available to venues 20 miles of Denton, M34. For requirements below our price cap or mileage, a fee would be charged for delivery, set up etc.
Our services also include styling your venue with YOUR products. Contact us for our set up quote.
All our products can be Hired to DIY (Dress It Yourself). Refundable security deposit will be required in CASH on the day of collection, this will be refunded when item(s) are returned in the same condition received and for damaged goods; please read our T&C.
We are Manchester based, covering the Northwest and Yorkshire.

Date is secured by filling the Booking Form and a non refundable deposit of 25% if 7 month and over to your big day and the balance 30 days prior. For dates less than 7 months and over please read our T&C on Prices and payment. (https://partyfestrentals.co.uk/termscondition/)
Products can be viewed in person or virtually via appointments only and 1 venue meet can be arranged free of charge if within 15 miles radius.
Please read our Terms and Conditions, they apply on all bookings.
Remember to ask your photographer to take pictures of your décor, you may not get to see your finished venue before your guests arrive.
We are insured and cover weddings, birthdays, christening, graduations etc. We’d be honoured to Style your Milestone Occasion, irrespective of size or location, we cover the North West and Yorkshire. For further afield, please contact us for a quote.
Extras: Chair and table covers, White napkins, Chiffon drop Drapes, Twinkle top table skirt with swag, Twinkle or plain cake table skirt, Twinkle backdrop, 6ft Floral Candy cart, 5ft Doughnut wall on easel, 4.5ft metallic Ferris Wheel, Sweets & Chocolate mesh wall or ladder, Crisps mesh wall etc (Please check our product List, if you wish to add extra items they will be included at a discount).
