Venue Dressing/Styling

Are there any areas of your venue that you would like styling? Venue can be a blank canvas or one that already comes with some décor. You can share pictures of your inspiration, ideas/requirements, we can look at your space, advise were necessary and together we can visualise your preferred look for the day. We will work to create a beautiful space for you and transform your venue to just the way you visualised it or better for your big day.

You can choose from our wedding package option below and our items can be hired to DIY.  You can personalise your package from our price list or contact us for a quote. If you would like us to deliver and collect the items from your venue the minimum spend is £300. Free fitting, set up and take down is provided on hire booking over £700 and this is only available to venues in Manchester.

For requirements below our price cap or mileage, a fee would be charged for delivery, set up etc. 

All our products can be Hired to DIY (Dress It Yourself). Refundable security deposit will be required in CASH on the day of collection, this will be refunded when item(s) are returned in the same condition received and for damaged goods; please read our T&C. 

We encourage our clients to let us know what budget we are working too; this helps us work together and understand what direction you will like to go, saves on time and we do not get to bore you with the usual questions and propositions.

We also recommend that an event coordinator be available at your venue to manage your day and liaise with all the different suppliers, you insure yourself and suppliers against anything that might be outside of your control and that our Terms and Conditions are read carefully before accepting.     

We will need at least 4 hours of set up time at the venue. Additional fees will be accrued if certain elements force us to go beyond the above setup time. We deliver, set up, take down and pick up same day or next. 

We are insured and cover weddings, birthdays, christening, graduations etc. We’d be honoured to Style your Milestone Occasion, irrespective of size or location, we cover the North West and Yorkshire. For further afield, please contact us for a quote. 

  • For all other events – quotes starts from £400.

Date is secured by filling the Booking Form and a non refundable deposit of 25% if 7 month and over to your big day and the balance 30 days prior. For dates less than 7 months and over please read our T&C on Prices and payment. (https://partyfestrentals.co.uk/termscondition/)

Products can be viewed in person or virtually via appointments only and 1 venue meet can be arranged free of charge if within 15 miles radius.

Remember to ask your photographer to take pictures of your décor, you may not get to see your finished venue before your guests arrive also, speak to your caterer on how much table space maybe required for their convivence.

  • Extras: Chair and table covers, White napkins, Chiffon drop Drapes, Twinkle top table skirt with swag, Twinkle or plain cake table skirt, Twinkle backdrop, 6ft Floral Candy cart, 5ft Doughnut wall on easel, 4.5ft metallic Ferris Wheel, Sweets & Chocolate mesh wall or ladder, Crisps mesh wall etc (Please check our product List, if you wish to add extra items to our packages, kindly let us know).
  • Our services also include styling your venue with YOUR products, perfect for those crafty couples who are short on time but big on style. We will turn your vision into reality while you enjoy all the pre wedding excitement. Contact us for our set up quote.

Lets Keep It Simple Package – Ceremony only £400

  • 20 – 50 Chiffon vertical drop drapes or white chair covers with organza sash
  • Large Lanterns or cylinder vases with floating candles
  • Acrylic Welcome sign on easel

Please note, this covers only the ceremony if you wish to use some of the items as centrepieces etc for the reception an additional £100 will be added to the above cost. Mirror plates, log slices or greenery wreath and tealight candleholders will be provided for up to 5 tables if required. 

We would only set up the ceremony and Items for the tables will have to be transferred by the wedding party or venue. Kindly read our T&C for items being transferred by persons other than PartyFest Rentals.

Covering Manchester only

Floral Package 1 – Reception Only – £700 – 4-6 tables (if you prefer a different base to the floral wreaths, we are happy to work around your requirements)

  • 40 – 60 chiffon vertical drop drapes or white chair covers with organza sash
  • Table centrepieces – Our range of Samantha floral topper or Zizzy white luxury floral wreath with the option of cylinder vases | Monet candle holders |Gold square holders and vases plus LED or wax floating candles or pillar 
  • Table runners & numbers if required
  • Acrylic Welcome sign on easel 
  • Cards post box 
  • Top table décor (Candle light décor)

Add an extra table for £50. Please note, we will be happy to wait behind and turn the décor around for your wedding breakfast at an additional cost but if you choose to do this yourselves kindly take not of the below disclaimer.

Sapphire Package – Ceremony & Reception – £1,500 – £2,000 – covering 5-10 tables

  2. Floral centrepieces on acrylic plinth plus Hurricane vases with floating candles OR centrepiece/aisle décor of choice from our stock/your photo inpo if we can accommodate (contact us to discuss options/stock)

  5. Registrar & Top Table décor (candlelight and floral display)
  6. Welcome sign on round/sail board (other options available)

  8. Choose 1 – 3D flower wall, Wooden, Metal Frame/arch, Mesh or twinkle backdrop (Drapes, neon sign, floral arrangements etc will be provided where required)

Please note, we can alternate the floral centrepieces to suit a rustic, monochrome or contemporary theme. Send us a message to discuss options. 

At £1,500 some items will be moved from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast/reception and used for your table centrepieces to complete the total number if short. Rooms will be dressed simultaneously and other aspects can be moved by wedding party or venue staff (kindly read our disclaimer below)

At £2,000 you have the option of our summer breeze moon gate pillar arch for the ceremony or at the entrance to the venue, a fully stocked candy cart with sweets, chocolates and a crisps tray OR 120pcs crisps wall and we will wait to turn the room round or set up simultaneously if rooms are separate.

Floral Haven – Ceremony, Wedding Breakfast & Reception – £3,500 – covers 5-10 Tables 

Ceremony

  1. Aisle décor – X8 white luxury blossom Trees on clear acrylic plinths and lots of cylinder vases with floating candles and silk Rose petal + white aisle runner
  2.  Chair Décor – White chiffon chair drapes with ribbon tie in one of your theme colours and white rose stems OR white chair covers and sash in preferred colour. Church pews – Wicker hearts, Pew end tulles or Ribbon tie
  3. Registrar table – Candle light décor
  4. Backdrop options – Summer breeze abstract moon gate (pillar pair – white with greenery) | 3D flower wall | Wooden/Metal frames arch with drapes, Happily Ever After Neon sign, large pear shape glass baubles or artificial floral arrangement
  5. Welcome sign – on oval/sail board with lettering, mesh wall with Happily Ever After Neon sign
  6. Welcome table – Shabby chic grey/white floral post box, bits of décor plus your small bits (guest book, confetti, glow sticks etc). White sail board, silver mirror or Gold mesh wall for your table seating cards. 

Wedding breakfast/Table Centrepieces (We will wait to move some of your décor to the reception) all come with votive holders and table runners if required. 

Choice of high and low centrepieces. Options:

  1. High – White luxury blossom trees with floral base wreath and teardrop glass baubles with candles. Low – White luxury floral base wreath with cylinder vases, Monet candleholders and floating candles
  2. High – Mix of our Naomi floral dome (White with greenery) & Annie floral dome(white roses) OR Samantha floral dome (more of green and some white floral) on White or copper-gold flower stands with teardrop glass babbles. Low – Samantha, Zizzy or White luxury floral wreath with cylinder vases, Monet candle holders and floating candles. 
  3. White Roses and Hydrangea Floral dome with Eucalyptus and wisteria stem in 70cm glass vases
  4. Other non floral guest table centrepiece options available if required.
  5. Top Table – White floral runner or Greenery with floral garland, candlelight table set up with large lanterns at the base of table
  6. Backdrop, Welcome table bits, will be moved.

Evening Reception

Monochrome, Rustic or the simply romantic Package – Ceremony Only OR Ceremony & Reception – Range between 1,000 – 2,000. 5 – 10 tables

Ceremony – share your vision, send your mood board or photo inspiration and let us work together on the most suitable options/aesthetic that would best suited for you or pick amazing ideas from any of our packages. Please note, if you are having a ceremony and reception, rooms must be separate and dressed simultaneously. Kindly ask the venue if their staff would be lovely enough to move other aspects from your ceremony to reception if required. For Reception only, we will dress your venue ever so beautifully, paying close attention to every detail.

Wedding breakfast/U shape Dinner table (log slices OR mirror plate if required) – Table centrepieces (including top table if required)

  • Option of Black, Gold, Silver or Clear crystal candlesticks with LED or wax taper candles 
  • Fresh or artificial flowers in bud vases
  • Cylinder or Monet candleholders with floating candles
  • Tealight candleholders with candles
