DELIVERY

Delivery, Collection, and DIY Hire Information

Most of our products are delivered and collected free of charge within a 5 -mile radius of Broadway, Chadderton, Oldham.(OL9). Deliveries outside Manchester or beyond the 5 -mile radius will incur a charge.

All deliveries and collections require 72 hours’ notice. For city centre locations or venues without free parking, an additional parking fee will apply.

Special offers or promotions may also incur a delivery and collection charge, except for our pre-packaged hire options.

If you prefer, you can collect and return items yourself at no cost; however, the customer is responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting the items safely.

Same-day breakdown and collection after 10:30pm will incur an additional call out charge of £100. Next day collection, however, is included at no extra cost. 

A refundable security deposit is required on all DIY hire items. Deposits will be returned once the item(s) are brought back in the same condition they were received, undamaged.

 

Collection-Only Items

Some of our products are available for collection only. However, delivery can be arranged if the item(s) is included as part of your personalised hire package.

Hire Duration and Coverage

Most of our products are available for hire between 8 and 24 hours. Extensions may be possible at our discretion or at a daily rate.

Any additional hire time, delivery, or collection requirements can be arranged and discussed at the booking stage.

We currently provide services across Greater Manchester and North West. For locations further afield, please contact us for a personalised quote.
