We will professionally coordinate your décor throughout the day, whether that involves transferring selected ceremony styling into your reception space or creating a completely fresh look using alternative centrepieces and decorative elements.

Our aim is to ensure every stage of your wedding feels beautifully connected while making the day as stress-free as possible for you.

Important Information

Our white or black dance floor must remain free from food, drinks and other spillages for safety reasons. PartyFest Rentals cannot accept responsibility for injuries resulting from liquids, food or other substances being placed on the dance floor.

For intimate weddings or private wedding breakfasts, please get in touch for a personalised quotation tailored to your venue, guest numbers and styling requirements.

If your ceremony and reception take place in separate rooms, both spaces will usually need to be dressed simultaneously. We recommend checking with your venue whether staff are available to reposition décor during the day if required.

Reception Styling

If you’re booking reception styling only, we’ll carefully style your venue to suit your celebration, whether you’re planning:
