Due to ever changing costs, this will be determined at the time of enquiry.

The goods must be delivered to the venue the event is to be held at.

Hired items can be collected by the client and this will be agreed at the time of the booking as a suitable vehicle may be required for some of the larger items.

This is possible, but would need to be discussed with PartyFest Rentals at the time of the booking and a price can be arranged for a bespoke package.

All goods, once in the possession of the client, will be the responsibility of the client, as per the terms and conditions.

Full responsibility of the damage to any goods will rest with the client, as they sign up for full responsibility on the receipt of the goods.

All of our hired goods are safe to use and any goods that require an electricity outlet are fully PAT tested, with certificate to prove. We are also covered with public liability

Your booking can be cancelled, but this will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days before the event. Any cancellation submitted less than 30 days before the date of the event will be subject to full payment and no refund will be applicable.

We accept several forms of payment. Cash, bank transfer or card payment can be accepted. Cheques are not accepted.

A 20% deposit is needed to secure the date the hired goods are needed for. This will reserve the date for you. The full balance will then need to be paid at least 30 days before the event date.
