Table cloths, Chair covers & Runners, Napkins, Serving glasses and Serve ware are also available for the perfect table set up.
Chair Drapes and Sashes
Chair drapes & sashes have a way of completely transforming a room. They are a functional way of adding your theme colour(s) to your Milestone Occasion.
We have in stock a variety of colours and texture in quality chiffon vertical drop chair drapes and cheese cloth chair drapes perfect for your Chivari chairs etc or to add colour to your white chair covers. We also have Sash in Organza, Satin, Damask and Hessian sashes with lace or plain.
Flowers or ribbons can be added for that extra fleur if required.
Available to DIY Hire. A refundable security deposit and cleaning fee may be required.

Are you looking for that extra bit of table & chair linen to complete your table setting and the overall look of your tables & chairs, allowing for the perfect finishing touch? we have in stock –
- White table cloths, full coverage and suitable for 4 – 6ft tables
- White or Black spandex chair covers
- Table runners in Satin, Cotton, Cheesecloth and Hessian styles and in varied colours. Perfect for your Dinner, Register & Cake Tables)
- 50 x 50cm cotton Napkins in White or Floral Mauve
- Hessian cutlery holders and table runners (matching Table numbers, Just Married bunting and MR & MRS chair & Cards signs also available)

Serving glasses and Serve ware
Why buy when you can hire right! You don’t have to worry about washing up, breakage or storage. Our range of serving glasses and serve ware are exactly what you need for your DIY wedding reception/breakfast, dinner party, engagement party, house parties/warming, birthday party and all other events.
Cool your drinks, laid back self serving entertainment and the glasses raised to celebrate that special occasion. Below are some of our options for your preferred mixes. If there is something that you require and it is not on the list, send us a message.

- Champagne/Drinks holder with bucket (handy for the couple’s sweetheart table or celebrant side table)
- Our 1.3litre large stainless steel drinks bowl is perfect as a wine, champagne, beer cooler or punch bowl. Ideal for indoor and outdoor use.
- Retro beverage/drinks dispenser with metal stand is great for laid back self serving entertainment. It has a sturdy metal stand that holds 2 glass dispensers for your cocktail, juice, lemonade etc.
- Glass or fancy reusable plastic Champagne flute (save option for the younger ones)
- Glass or fancy reusable plastic Wine glasses
- Glass or fancy reusable plastic Gin glasses
Minimum order of 30 glasses or plates, only Available to venues and events within Manchester.
Please note you will be invoiced for any missing accessories or broken glasses (read our T&C for more details – Terms&Condition – Partyfest Rentals) – £1.50 per broken glass. PartyFest Rentals will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents in the course of using any of the glassware that we provide.
You will be charge a standard cleaning fee for all glassware – 0.50p per glass (optional, only required if we provide the glasses)
