Are there any areas of your venue that you would like styling? Venue can be a blank canvas or one that already comes with some décor. You can share pictures of your inspiration, ideas/requirements, we can look at your space, advise were necessary and together we can visualise your preferred look for the day. We will work to create a beautiful space for you and transform your venue to just the way you visualised it or better for your big day.

You can choose from our wedding package option below and our items can be hired to DIY.  You can personalise your package from our price list or contact us for a quote. If you would like us to deliver and collect the items from your venue the minimum spend is £300. Free fitting, set up and take down is provided on hire booking over £700 and this is only available to venues in Manchester.

For requirements below our price cap or mileage, a fee would be charged for delivery, set up etc. 

All our products can be Hired to DIY (Dress It Yourself). Refundable security deposit will be required in CASH on the day of collection, this will be refunded when item(s) are returned in the same condition received and for damaged goods; please read our T&C. 

We encourage our clients to let us know what budget we are working too; this helps us work together and understand what direction you will like to go, saves on time and we do not get to bore you with the usual questions and propositions.

We also recommend that an event coordinator be available at your venue to manage your day and liaise with all the different suppliers, you insure yourself and suppliers against anything that might be outside of your control and that our Terms and Conditions are read carefully before accepting.     

We will need at least 4 hours of set up time at the venue. Additional fees will be accrued if certain elements force us to go beyond the above setup time. We deliver, set up, take down and pick up same day or next. 

We are insured and cover weddings, birthdays, christening, graduations etc. We’d be honoured to Style your Milestone Occasion, irrespective of size or location, we cover the North West and Yorkshire. For further afield, please contact us for a quote. 

  • Looking to spend below our package range, please send us a message, we are flexible with our prices and happy to work with your requirement for the best/reasonable possible quote.

Date is secured by filling the Booking Form (Booking Form – Venue Dresser – Manchester- Contact us – FAQ (partyfestrentals.co.uk) When placing an order a 25% non refundable deposit will be taken to secure/reserve the Good(s) if your event is within or over 7 – 12 months, 50% if 3 – 6 months with the balance to be paid in equal monthly instalments or cleared funds by 30 days before delivery at the latest to confirm our attendance, unless otherwise arranged and 1 – 3 months required payment in full. If the Customer fails to make any payment in full on the due date, the Company will remove any pre arranged discount to the invoice and the Customer will receive an additional invoice for the discounted value.

Products can be viewed in person or virtually via appointments only and 1 venue meet can be arranged free of charge if within 15 miles radius. 

Remember to ask your photographer to take pictures of your décor, you may not get to see your finished venue before your guests arrive also, speak to your caterer on how much table space maybe required for their convenience.

  • Extras: Chair and table covers, White napkins, Chiffon drop Drapes, Twinkle top table skirt with swag, Twinkle or plain cake table skirt, Twinkle backdrop, 6ft Floral Candy cart, 5ft Doughnut wall on easel, 4.5ft metallic Ferris Wheel, Sweets & Chocolate mesh wall or ladder, Crisps mesh wall etc (Please check our product List, if you wish to add extra items to our packages, kindly let us know).
  • Our services also include styling your venue with YOUR products, perfect for those crafty couples who are short on time but big on style. We will turn your vision into reality while you enjoy all the pre wedding excitement. Contact us for our set up quote. 

Wedding Packages - Set 1

Covering Greater Manchester, Cheshire, South & West Yorkshire. *Some parts of the Northwest & Yorkshire locations may require an additional logistics cost.

Lets Keep It Simple Package – Ceremony only £400

  • 20 – 50 Chiffon vertical drop drapes or white chair covers with organza sash (colours based on stock available)
  • Large Lanterns or cylinder vases with floating candles
  • Acrylic Welcome sign on easel

Please note, this covers only the ceremony if you wish to use some of the items as centrepieces etc for the reception an additional £100 will be added to the above cost. Mirror plates, log slices or greenery wreath and tealight candleholders will be provided for up to 5 tables if required. 

We would only set up the ceremony and Items for the tables will have to be transferred by the wedding party or venue. Kindly read our T&C for items being transferred by persons other than PartyFest Rentals.

Covering Manchester only

Package 1 – Reception Only – £800 – 4- 6 tables (if you prefer a different base to the floral wreaths, we have the option of mirror plates, wooden slice, wooden top stands and medium stools etc – great options for rustic, contemporary or floral themes)

Add extra tables at £50 each, minimum 8. Please note, we will be happy to wait behind and turn the décor around for your wedding breakfast at an additional £60 but if you choose to do this yourselves kindly take not of the below disclaimer.

Ceremony – Aisle décor

  • X 4/6 Floral domes OR blossom trees on acrylic plinth plus Hurricane vases with floating candles

  • White Aisle runner & silk rose petals
  • X4 design options available on the Welcome sign, to be displayed on easel

Wedding Breakfast/Reception

  • 5 – 10 Guest table Centrepieces – 3 OPTIONS: White Blossom Trees with teardrop glass baubles & floral base OR a MIX of Naomi & Ollie floral domes on stand (stands are available in 4 different colours) OR Angel all white Floral dome on glass vase or stand (Mix and match OR varied hight centrepiece option available – contact us for images) Feel free to share your photo inspiration and we will let you know if it is one we can accommodate.

PROPS & SNACKS

At £1,500 some items will be moved from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast/reception and used for your table centrepieces etc to complete the total number if short. Rooms will be dressed simultaneously and other aspects can be moved by wedding party or venue staff (kindly read our disclaimer below)

At £2,000 you have all of the above plus chosen sash or drape colour and the option of our summer breeze moon gate pillar arch for the ceremony or at the entrance to the function room or choice of backdrop and we will wait to turn the room round or set up simultaneously if the rooms are separate.

Floral Haven Package – Ceremony, Wedding breakfast & Reception – £3,500 – covers 5-10 tables

Ceremony

  • Aisle décor – X8/10 white luxury blossom Trees on clear acrylic plinths and lots of cylinder vases with floating candles and silk Rose petal + white aisle runner
  • Chair Décor – White chiffon chair drapes with ribbon tie in one of your theme colours (want a different colour drape or sash, let us know) and artificial or fresh rose stems for chairs on the start of the aisle OR white chair covers and sash in preferred colour. Church pews – Wicker hearts, Pew end tulles or Ribbon tie
  • Registrar table – Candle light décor or floral arrangement
  • Backdrop: Choose 1 – Naomi abstract moon gate (pillar pair – white with greenery) OR 8ft 3D flower wall OR Wooden square| Triangle arch OR White Metal Frame OR 1.8M Black mesh wall OR 6x3m White curtain backdrop. Wedding breakfast/Reception

We will wait to turn the rooms round, using some of the décor from the ceremony or you have the option of a totally different centrepiece from what was used at the Ceremony. All tables will have either Monet candleholders OR cylinder vases with floating candles, Tall candlesticks or votive candle holders alongside your main chosen table centrepiece

  • Table seating chart display only 3 OPTIONS: White sail board OR Large antique Silver mirror OR Gold mesh wall with pegs and décor. (client provide own Magnet, Vinyl lettering or Cards etc)
  • Table Centrepieces – 4 OPTIONS: White luxury Blossom Trees with teardrop glass baubles & floral base OR a MIX of Naomi & Ollie floral domes on stand (stands are available in 4 different colours) OR Angel all white Floral dome on glass vase or stand OR 5 Arm crystal teardrop candelabra (Mix and match OR varied hight centrepiece option available – contact us for images) Feel free to share your photo inspiration and we will let you know if it is one we can accommodate.

Simply Romantic Package – Ceremony Only OR Ceremony & Reception, DIY Hire – Range between £800 – £2,000. (minimum 10 tables)

Share your vision, send your mood board or photo inspiration and let us work together on the most suitable options/aesthetic that would best suit OR pick amazing ideas from any of our packages. Non DIY Couples please note, if you are having a ceremony and reception, rooms must be separate and dressed simultaneously. Kindly ask the venue if their staff would be lovely enough to move other aspects from your ceremony to reception if required. For Reception only, we will dress your venue ever so beautifully, paying close attention to every detail.
