Do you deliver?
Absolutely! We deliver to venues across Manchester, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire, South & West Yorkshire. Additionally, we’ll consider locations further afield for the right booking. For clients within a 10-mile radius of Denton (M34), some products even qualify for free delivery. Whether you’re planning a wedding, birthday, or corporate event, we make it easy to get your décor and hire items safely to your venue.
What is the Additional Charge for Customers Outside the 10-Mile Radius?
Delivery charges outside our 10-mile Denton (M34) radius are calculated at the time of enquiry. As fuel and logistics costs can vary, we provide a tailored quote based on your venue’s location and requirements. This ensures you receive the most accurate and fair price possible.
Can the Hired Goods Be Delivered to My Home Before the Event?
For insurance and logistical reasons, all hired items must be delivered directly to your event venue. We are unable to deliver décor or equipment to private homes prior to the event. This ensures everything is safely set up in the correct location, ready for your big day.
Can I Collect the Hired Items Myself?
Yes, clients are welcome to collect and return hired items free of charge. This will be agreed at the time of booking, as some larger items may require a suitable vehicle for safe transport. We’ll be happy to advise you on the best collection arrangements.
Can I Hire Items for More Than One Day?
Yes, you can hire items for longer than a single day. This will need to be discussed with PartyFest Rentals at the time of booking so we can create a bespoke package and arrange a tailored price that suits your needs.
Am I Responsible for the Hired Goods Once in My Possession?
Yes — once the hired goods are in your possession, you are fully responsible for them until they are returned, as outlined in our terms and conditions. Please take care to ensure all items remain in good condition throughout the hire period.
Client Responsibility for Hired Goods
Once hired goods are in the client’s possession, they remain the client’s full responsibility until safely returned. Any loss, damage, or misuse during the hire period may result in additional charges, in line with our terms and conditions. We kindly ask that all items are handled with care to ensure they are enjoyed by many future couples. responsibility on the receipt of the goods.
A refundable Security deposit may be required which will be transferred back to the client when product(s) are returned undamaged.
Are your hired goods safe to use?
Absolutely. All of our hired goods are safe and maintained to the highest standards. Any items that require an electrical outlet are fully PAT tested, and we provide certificates for your peace of mind. In addition, we hold full public liability insurance in line with industry standards, giving you extra confidence that your wedding or event is in safe hands.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
When placing an order a 25% non refundable deposit will be taken to reserve the Good(s) if your event is within or over 7 – 12 months, 50% if 2 – 6 months with the balance to be paid in cleared funds by 8 weeks before delivery at the latest, unless otherwise arranged. Any events up to 2 months away will require immediate full payment. If the customer fails to make any payment in full on the due date, the Company will remove any pre arranged agreement and has the right to cancel without attendance.
Can I cancel my booking?
Your booking can be cancelled, but this will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled between 7 to 12 months prior to the event, the deposit will be retained with no further charges. 50% if cancelled between 2 – 6 months prior. Any cancellation submitted less than 2 months before the date of the event will be subject to full payment and no refund will be applicable
What form of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept a variety of secure payment methods. Please note that cash, BACS transfers, cheques, and credit cards are not accepted. Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide clear details of the approved payment options to ensure a smooth and secure process.
