From floral domes and wreaths, bike wheels on logs, and lanterns in various colours and sizes, to cylinder and hurricane vases, floral hoops, crystal candelabras, magnolia and blossom trees, bottles, vases, mason jars, log slices, mirror plates, copper and acrylic plinths, candle holders, and pampas décor etc —we have something to perfectly match your style, vision, and taste.
Our décor elevates your venue, setting the tone for your ceremony, wedding breakfast, reception, or any special event. Most pieces are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, transforming your space elegantly and turning your dream day into a reality. Venue Styling - The Process
- 1. Initial contact | Event Consultation
If you feel we’re the perfect fit to bring your vision to life, get in touch via email, WhatsApp, or by completing our enquiry form. This is the first step in discussing all things wedding or event-related – from layout to table centrepieces, venue styling, and more.
You can choose a Zoom call, WhatsApp call, video, telephone call, or message – whichever communication method suits you best. Share your vision, inspiration photos, venue details, and event date, and we’ll provide guidance, recommendations, and cost-saving tips where possible – all while helping you achieve your dream event.
- 2. View Our Products | Event Mock-Ups
All our products are available to view by appointment only. Please note that photos of the products cannot be taken at this stage. Before filling out the booking form, we kindly ask that you review our Terms & Conditions.
After full payment of the balance (payable 8 weeks before your event), you may visit us to see a mock-up of your décor or products in combination with other elements. This allows you to make minor amendments, brainstorm ideas, and ensure everything fits your aesthetic.
You can also browse images of previous events on our social media and gallery pages for inspiration. Please note, any major changes will require a new quote and invoice.
- 3. Payment | Cancellation
When placing an order a 25% non refundable deposit will be taken to reserve the Good(s) if your event is within or over 7 – 12 months, 50% if 2 – 6 months with the balance to be paid in cleared funds by 8 weeks before delivery at the latest, unless otherwise arranged. Any events up to 2 months away will require immediate full payment. If the customer fails to make any payment in full on the due date, the Company will remove any pre arranged agreement and has the right to cancel without attendance. Your booking can be cancelled, but this will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled between 7 to 12 months prior to the event, the deposit will be retained with no further charges. 50% if cancelled between 2 – 6 months prior. Any cancellation submitted less than 2 months before the date of the event will be subject to full payment and no refund will be applicable.
- 4. Final Consultation | Minor Changes
You can make final minor changes to your booking up until 12 weeks before your big day. We will contact you for the final consultation 8 weeks before your event to review your entire booking. During this consultation, we’ll go over your notes before passing them to our styling team to prepare and pack the required stock.
Please note that by this stage, most of the stock for your event will already have been procured. Therefore, if you anticipate an increase in guest numbers, kindly provide ample notice to ensure we can accommodate the change.
- 5. Venue Coordination | Collection
We will contact your venue 2–4 weeks before your event to confirm arrival times and discuss breakdown plans for the day after your wedding or event. If you’re able to liaise with the venue beforehand, we would greatly appreciate it.
Please note, same-day breakdowns after 10:30pm will incur an additional call-out charge of £50. Next-day collection, however, is included at no extra cost.
- 6. Relax While We Style Your Event
Now is the time to relax and enjoy your morning with your bridesmaids, friends, or family, knowing we will handle every aspect of your styling. We pay close attention to every detail and are happy to incorporate elements of your personal décor to make your event truly perfect.
Please leave your personal décor at the venue and email us, at least 3 – 2 weeks before your event, with an inventory, directions, and a contact name at the venue for collection. All personal items of the celebrant will remain at the venue unless you advise otherwise.
7. After your event | Share Your Event Photos & Reviews
We absolutely love seeing photos of weddings and events we’ve helped create! Please tag us on social media and share as many photos as you feel comfortable with—we’d truly love it.
