Venue Dressing & Styling:

Are there areas of your venue that you’d like styled? Whether your venue is a blank canvas or already has some décor, we can help you bring your vision to life. Share photos, ideas, and requirements with us, and we’ll assess your space, provide guidance where needed, and together create the perfect look for your big day. Our team works to transform your venue exactly as you imagined—or even better.

We are fully insured and cover weddings, birthdays, christenings, graduations, and more. To streamline the process, we encourage clients to share their budget upfront. This helps us focus on your preferred style and avoids unnecessary suggestions. We also recommend having an event coordinator at your venue to manage suppliers and ensure everything runs smoothly. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your booking.

Wedding Décor Package: We offer six wedding décor packages, or you can personalise your package using our price list or by contacting us for a custom quote. Delivery and collection require a minimum spend of £300. For bookings over £700, we provide free fitting, set up, and take down (Manchester venues only). For packages below the price cap or for venues outside our standard range, additional fees may apply. We are flexible and happy to work with your requirements.

Services: Most of our products can be hired to DIY (Dress It Yourself). A refundable cash security deposit is required on collection and returned once items are returned in the same condition. Products are available to view in person or virtually by appointment. We offer one free venue consultation within a 15-mile radius.

DIY set up requires a minimum of four hours at the venue, with additional fees if extra time is needed. We provide delivery, set up, take down, and pick up—same day (after 10:30pm incurs an additional charge) or next day.

Booking: Secure your date by completing our Booking Form: Venue Dresser Booking Form.

  • Deposit: 25% non-refundable if booking 7–12 months in advance; 50% for 2–6 months in advance.

  • Balance: Payable by cleared funds 8 weeks before delivery unless arranged otherwise.

  • Payment: Electronic bank transfer unless otherwise agreed. (BACS)

Late or incomplete payments may result in removal of pre-arranged discounts, with additional invoicing for the adjusted value.

Wedding Packages - Set 1

Lets Keep It Simple Package – Ceremony only Package – £400.

  • 20 – 50 Chiffon vertical drop drapes or white chair covers with organza sash (available colours – subject to stock)
  • Large Lanterns or cylinder vases with floating candles
  • Welcome sign on easel

Please note, this package covers ceremony décor only. If you’d like to extend some items—such as mirror plates, log slices, greenery wreaths, or tealight candleholders—to the reception tables, an additional £100 will be added to the cost. Up to five tables can be supplied with these items if required.

We will set up the ceremony décor, but any items used for reception tables must be transferred by the wedding party or venue staff. Kindly refer to our Terms & Conditions regarding items handled by persons other than PartyFest Rentals.

This service is available for Manchester venues only. All our venue dressing and wedding packages allow for upgrades, adjustments, or bespoke services to suit your pricing and preferences. For enquiries, please contact us via email or by completing our Enquires & Bookings

If you prefer a different base for your floral wreaths, we offer several stylish options to suit your theme. Choices include mirror plates, wooden slices, various floral stands, and medium stools, perfect for rustic, contemporary, or floral-themed weddings and events. These alternatives allow you to customise your décor and create a unique display that complements your venue and overall aesthetic.

Additional Tables & Décor Handling

Extra tables can be added at £50 each, with a minimum of 8 tables. If you’d like, we are happy to stay behind and turn the décor around for your wedding breakfast for an additional £60.

We offer décor options to suit a wide variety of styles and themes, including Rustic, Monochrome, Winter, or Floral. Each theme can be tailored to your venue and personal preferences, allowing you to create a cohesive and stunning look for your wedding or event.

Ceremony to Reception Décor Turnover

Décor from the ceremony can be moved to the wedding breakfast or reception area. This can either be handled by the venue staff or wedding party, but please read our disclaimer carefully. Alternatively, we are happy to stay behind and turn the décor around for your wedding breakfast for an additional £60 fee.

Our wedding décor packages are designed to make your big day seamless and stunning.

  • £1,500 Package: Selected décor items will be moved from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast or reception, used as table centrepieces to complete the total number if needed. Rooms will be dressed simultaneously, while other items can be moved by the wedding party or venue staff (please read our disclaimer below).

  • £2,000 Package: Includes everything from the £1,500 package, plus your choice of sash or drape colour. You can also choose our Summer Breeze Moon Gate Pillar Arch for the ceremony, function room entrance, or a backdrop of your choice. We will also wait to turn the room around or set up simultaneously if the rooms are separate.

Floral Haven Package – Ceremony, Wedding breakfast & Reception – £3,500 – 8 – 10 tables only.

Ceremony

  • Aisle décor – X8/10 white luxury blossom Trees on clear acrylic plinths and lots of cylinder vases with floating candles and silk Rose petal + white aisle runner
  • Chair Décor – White chiffon chair drapes with ribbon tie in one of your theme colours (want a different colour drape or sash, let us know) and artificial or fresh rose stems for chairs on the start of the aisle OR white chair covers and sash in preferred colour. Church pews – Wicker hearts, Pew end tulles or Ribbon tie
  • Registrar table – Candle light décor or floral arrangement

Wedding Breakfast & Reception Décor –

For your wedding breakfast or reception, we can turn the rooms around using selected décor from the ceremony, or you can choose completely new centrepieces for a fresh look. Each table will feature either Monet candleholders, cylinder vases with floating candles, tall candlesticks, or votive candle holders, complementing your main chosen table centrepiece. This ensures a cohesive and elegant atmosphere throughout your day.

  • Table seating chart display only 3 OPTIONS: White sail board OR Large antique Silver mirror OR Gold mesh wall with pegs and décor. (client provide own Magnet, Vinyl lettering or Cards etc)
  • Table Centrepieces – 4 OPTIONS: White luxury Blossom Trees with teardrop glass baubles & floral base OR a MIX of Naomi & Ollie floral domes on stand (stands are available in 4 different colours) OR Angel all white Floral dome on glass vase or stand OR 5 Arm crystal teardrop candelabra (Mix and match OR varied hight centrepiece option available – contact us for images) Feel free to share your photo inspiration and we will let you know if it is one we can accommodate.

Simply Romantic Package – Ceremony Only OR Ceremony & Reception, DIY Hire – Range between £800 – £2,000 – 8 – 10 tables only

(For intimate or private wedding dinners, DIY couples are invited to get in touch with us for a personalised quote. We’ll tailor the décor and setup options to suit your vision, venue, and guest count, ensuring a beautifully styled and memorable celebration).

Custom Wedding Styling – Share Your Vision Share your mood board, inspiration photos, or simply your ideas, and we’ll collaborate to create the perfect aesthetic for your day. You can also select from our thoughtfully curated packages for an effortless choice.

For non-DIY couples: if your ceremony and reception are in separate rooms, both spaces must be styled simultaneously. Please confirm with your venue if staff can move décor from the ceremony to the reception if needed.

For reception-only bookings, we will style your venue beautifully, paying attention to every detail. From wedding breakfasts and buffet layouts to U-shape dinner tables or bouquet-style arrangements, we can tailor table centrepieces—including the top table—to suit your vision, ensuring a stunning and cohesive look.

  • Candlelight options – Black, Gold, Silver or Clear crystal candlesticks with LED or wax taper candles (check with your venue and PartyFest Rentals will not be held liable for any damage to the wedding party or venue staff due to the use of naked/life flame)
  • Fresh or artificial flowers in bud vases
  • Glass or birch wood Cylinder vases, Monet candleholders with floating candles or Candle holders with cover
